George Lameh is a senior environmental and sustainability consultant with over 9 years of professional experience in managing projects related to environmental impact assessment, electric mobility, water and wastewater treatment and decarbonization strategies. During his career at LGI, he has been managing and leading several EU projects such as We-Transform, addressing the impacts of transport automation on the workforce; PIISA: Piloting Innovative Insurance Solutions for Adaptation a that brings together 12 organizations form 5 European countries, and will co-develop climate resilient insurance portfolios; EIS: Exploration Information System, that aims to develop innovative exploration concepts and data analysis tools to secure new sources of critical raw materials for the EU’s economy. His main role is developing innovative solutions that integrate sustainability, business modelling, and exploitation strategies. Before joining the LGI team in 2023, he worked for industry leaders, including Suez and Total Energies. He holds two master’s degree in environmental engineering and management from the American University of Beirut and Mines ParisTech. George is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
