Nicola Manisi (M) is a User Success Manager on LGI's IT Team. His academic background and experience have made him an expert in innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, and communities of practice. He designs and manages programs that support the development of innovation communities, including communities of practice. He is primarily involved in various European collaborative projects related to renewable energy, sustainability, and carbon neutrality. He contributes to projects such as NetZeroCities, UTMC, LEAP-RE, or InBestSoil, where he leads animation planning and engagement strategy, while also providing user support and training on digital platforms developed by LGI. As a member of the Knowledge Communities Observatory, which gathers academics and practitioners, he contributes to the development and dissemination of knowledge on innovation communities. He has been lecturing in business schools on strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship for over 4 years. A University of Strasbourg graduate in Innovation and Creativity Management, he holds certifications from Mines ParisTech and HEC Montréal. He is fluent in both French and English and conversant in Italian.
